Milli Moonstone
Hi, I'm Milli Moonstone.
I am a spiritual facilitator, musician and mentor who blends embodiment, tantra, vocal liberation, plant-medicine ceremonies and coaching to support people in awakening their inner medicine and creating lives that feel aligned, purposeful and deeply fulfilling.
Since 2017, I have led more than 30 international retreats and served in over 850 ceremonies, supporting tens of thousands of participants through my facilitation and music.
As a musician, I perform at festivals and conscious events worldwide, offering albums and live spaces where improvisation, devotional music and somatic voice work invite deep emotional release and inner connection.
I also guide private transformational containers - online and in person - and facilitate rites of passage such as weddings and births.
Across all my work, I am devoted to helping people remember who they are, heal what holds them back, and live with authenticity, freedom and embodied purpose.

Important booking note: Retreats require a minimum number of confirmed participants in order to run as planned. If the minimum is not reached, I reserve the right to adjust the dates, format, or location of the retreat, or to postpone it to a later date.
A retreat is considered fully confirmed once the minimum group size has been reached and participants have been notified. Until confirmation is sent, please refrain from booking non-refundable international travel. Any travel or accommodation costs incurred before retreat confirmation are the responsibility of the participant. Once a retreat is confirmed, dates are considered fixed.

Sharing and learning from the nomads, getting to experience the way of life that their families have lived for generations, one that is so deeply in tune with the rhythms of nature, where family and community are cherished..
This experience offers such deep connection with the mysteries of one’s own being, an expansion, a freedom, a purity, a deep peace.. And all this is before I’ve even mentioned the music and voice exploration!
Getting to witness the shifts the participants made was truly profound. Many went from being held back and judgemental of their voices, to singing freely and confidently in front of each other.. Accessing new levels of creativity, freedom to explore.. Improvising.. And by the end, bursting into song even outside of the guided sessions!
