How to Have More Love in Your Life!

Love... there are so many meanings and interpretations of this word and this experience.

Often, we talk of loving the other, or loving an object or loving ourselves - "self-love".

Ultimately, I find that love is less about what we are doing, and more about who we are being.

Love is our natural state of being.

When we peel back the layers of trauma, when we grieve the pains held in our hearts, when we listen in to the wisdom of the present moment rather than taking orders from our conditioned minds..

When we dive deeper than the everyday thought patterns and to-do's..

We find that what is tucked away beneath it all is

Pure Love.

Not conditioned, conditional or co-dependent "love". But..

Existential love.

Love that can hold all of it.

Love that just simply is.

Compassion. Connection.

Love is not something to "get" from the outside.

It is something to realise from within.

Part of my mission on this planet is to serve this Love.

To embody the love within me, and to offer gatherings and events, practices and tools that invite that connection in others as well.

So that we can celebrate the love within us, enjoy the gifts of sharing this love amongst us, and fill our cups in this way so that the love and blessings can spread out into the world and bring new joy to every soul that is alive!
