This option gives you full access to the workshop, including

  • all group activities,

  • use of the sauna,
  • delicious, nourishing food,
  • the possibility to sleep in the dorm room, where you will share with up to 3 others.*

Terms and Conditions for Psilocybin Truffles Retreat

1. Introduction

By attending the Psilocybin Truffles Retreat ("Retreat") organized by Milli Moonstone and Eva Driessen (the “Organisers”), you ("Participant") agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. This retreat offers psilocybin truffles ceremonies for spiritual growth, personal transformation, and healing. These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants, whether registering, attending, or paying for the retreat. Please read this agreement carefully before confirming your participation.

2. Registration and Deposit

Deposit Confirmation: A deposit is required to confirm your registration and hold your spot for the upcoming retreat. Your deposit is not refundable except under specific circumstances outlined below. This deposit secures your place on the retreat pending receipt and review of your completed Application Form.

Application Form: Along with your deposit, you must submit an Application Form. This form allows us to assess your physical, mental, and emotional preparedness to participate in the retreat and to ensure your safety during the truffle ceremonies. If we determine, based on your application, that it is not safe for you to receive truffles, we reserve the right to cancel your registration and issue a full refund of your deposit. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of your cancellation.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

The following cancellation policies apply to deposits and payments for the retreat:

Cancellation by Participant:

  • More than 4 weeks before the retreat: If you cancel your participation more than 4 weeks before the scheduled retreat start date, the deposit is non-refundable. 50% of the deposit fee will be retained as a cancellation fee. The remaining 50% of the deposit may be applied as a credit toward a Psilocybin Truffle Retreat within one year of the retreat start date. 
  • Within 4 weeks of the retreat: If you cancel within 4 weeks of the retreat, you will be legally committed to paying the full amount of the retreat fee, and no refund will be provided.

Cancellation by Retreat Organisers:

 If the retreat is canceled by the Organisers for any reason (e.g., severe illness, unforeseen circumstances), your full payment will be transferred to a future Psilocybin Truffle Retreat scheduled within two years from the original retreat start date. In this case, no refund will be issued, but you may choose to attend a future retreat.

Payment Plans: 

All participants who enter into a payment plan agree to pay the full amount of the retreat cost. Payment plans are a legal commitment, and you are responsible for completing the entire payment even if you cancel your participation within the specified timeframe.

4. Health and Safety

Your health and safety are paramount to us. By registering for this retreat, you agree to the following:

 

Medical Disclosure: You must disclose any relevant medical or psychological conditions that may affect your participation in the retreat, especially in relation to the Truffle ceremonies. This includes, but is not limited to, cardiovascular issues, mental health conditions (such as depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis), or any medications that may interact with the truffles. If we determine that your participation could pose a risk, we reserve the right to cancel your registration and refund your deposit.

Informed Consent for Truffle Ceremonies: You understand that truffles are a potent, psychoactive plant medicine that may cause intense psychological and physical effects. You are fully informed of the potential risks, including emotional purging, nausea, vomiting, or altered states of consciousness. Participation in the truffle ceremony is entirely voluntary, and you consent to the experience under your own responsibility.

5. Code of Conduct

Respect for Others: All participants are expected to treat facilitators, staff, and fellow participants with kindness, respect, and consideration. Any form of harassment, violence, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the retreat without refund.

Confidentiality: Personal experiences shared during the retreat, especially in group settings, should be kept confidential. You agree to respect the privacy of others and maintain discretion regarding any personal experiences or insights shared during the retreat.

Substance Use: The use of alcohol or recreational drugs is strictly prohibited during the retreat. Participants must refrain from consuming such substances before and during the retreat to ensure safety and clarity during the truffle ceremonies.

6. Liability and Waiver of Claims

Assumption of Risk: By attending the retreat, you acknowledge and accept that there are inherent risks in the Ayahuasca ceremonies, including emotional, psychological, and physical risks. You agree to assume full responsibility for your participation and understand that these practices may involve intense or challenging experiences.

Release of Liability: You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Milli, Eva, and any associated staff from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the retreat. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, psychological distress, or any medical conditions that may arise during or after the retreat.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country or region in which the retreat is held. Any legal disputes will be handled in the appropriate legal venue.

8. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By registering for the Psilocybin Truffles Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined above. Your participation in the retreat constitutes your informed consent and commitment to abide by these terms.
